    The Estate Strawberry Hill is located at exit 10 on the Lower Humber River on Newfoundland's West Coast.

    The property was originally developed by the papermaking industrialist, Sir Eric Bowater, as a corporate retreat for visiting dignitaries. Included among the long list of distinguished guests have been Governor Lord Alexander, Prime Minister Trudeau, Prince Edward, Philip and Her Majesty, the Queen of England.
